Refund policy
You may return or exchange your Purchase for full Refund (less Shipping cost), if not completely satisfied with your Purchase for any reason within 30 days “No questions asked”. Just email us your request to support@diamondveneer.com We will email you prepaid Return label to print and attach to the original padded envelope and drop it off the Postal box. Please refrain from returning the Purchase if 30 days have past. it'll be refused. If the jewelry arrives damaged or package is damaged, please refuse it and call our customer Service at 213 236 0809 within seven days of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
