Cushion Diamond Veneer Cubic Zirconia Loose Stone - CUSH-E

My husband purchased this stone for me a little over a year ago. I wanted to wear it for a while before leaving a review. It is the most beautiful stone I have ever seen. I took it to a reputable pawn shop with an awesome jewelry section to ask if they could mount it for me. The owner's wife was handling my question and asked to see the stone. I unwrapped it and her eyes popped out. She exclaimed it was the most beautiful she had ever seen. Her husband (owner) looked over her shoulder and asked how much I wanted for the stone. I couldn't help but smile when I said it wasn't for sale, I wanted it mounted. They examined the stone from every angle and really wanted to purchase it. With a sly smile I asked her to test the stone. She touched it with the meter and of course it didn't register, she was about to change the batteries when I suggested she touch her own diamond ring. It beeped when she touched her own ring and then proceeded to touch my stone and hers alternatively. She was clearly confused and I told her the truth behind my stone. She smiled at me and said for me to never tell anyone the secret of the stone. Unfortunately they did not do mountings and I had to take it somewhere else, but I LOVE this stone and the ring.
